Unique 1200sf fully functional studio with Lower and Upper Nest sleeping quarters (both queen beds). 15 min walk to Historic Downtown & Whiskey Row. Often used for dance groups, yoga classes, belly dance troupe, aerial dance/yoga, etc. Upgraded Wi-Fi.
Central Air and Heat but if you open windows it usually gets a beautiful cool cross breeze from the high green desert. Sprouts is a short 5 minute walk and downtown - 15 minute walk.

There is typically a manager/housekeeper onsite or nearby and the owner can be reached easily through the App and via Text/Phone.

Plenty of parking on the property.
Walking distance from all downtown amenities and festivities.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 2 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 2 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
